Neighbors! Join us to discuss how our local libraries are at risk and what we can do to protect them and preserve local control in our communities.

During the last legislative session, decision makers moved voter-approved library levies into cities’ general funds. This has forced libraries in Marshall, Woodbury, Henry, and other counties to consider significant cost-cutting measures or worse, closing entirely.

This year, decision makers are considering even more legislation that will further strip away local control of critically important community institutions.
